• At Crystal Palace Inn, guaranteed reservations must be cancelled by 6 p.m. or you will be charged for the 1^st night of your stay.

The first night’s payment for your room is required of all guests at check-in. Payment for subsequent nights must be paid in advance on a day-to-day basis (before noon) or may be paid in advance with a credit card or cash when registering.

Credit cards, cash, travelers’ checks (U.S.) and money orders accepted.

Four or more rooms are considered a group reservation. Group reservations, cancellations or charges require a call to Crystal Palace Inn at (806) 637-2586.

During certain local events, special conditions and rates may apply. Consult a staff member at (806) 637-2586 for details and reservations.

Crystal Palace Inn will attempt to honor special requests (such as first floor, non-smoking, etc.) However, the availability of these rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance.  Special requests are subject to availability.

If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation booked through this website, you will need to call Crystal Palace Inn @ (806) 637-2586.
